They don't know how to cut curly hair. I've asked for layers twice, and come out with no layers and triangle head both times. Will not return.
Jesse knows hair better than anyone I've used. Fees are reasonable, too.
Can't fathom the negative reviews. You didn't like how they answered the phone? Please. They're professional, reliable, talented and great at cutting hair.
