I am Keoko Salon

Keoko is truly amazing. She is warm and inviting and listens to the vision you would like to execute. I immediately felt relaxed and knew I was in skillful hands once I sat in her chair. And when I was done. I simply said “Now I look like somebody’s daughter 🤩🙃☺️.” To add context she permed my hair and did a slight trim. And I am known to have very a sensitive scalp. Due to this lovely experience I have crowned her as the my main hair stylist. 😄😄.

Warning!!!! If you value your time don’t go here. They have no respect for anyone’s time but their own. I’ve come on 3 occasions and it was always the same mess. The stylist is always running late even when you come on time or she will have 4 people ahead of you. They don’t communicate this mess to you. You’ll walk in to your appointment and be blindsided by the time restraints. (Specifically KiKo) Or worst the stylist will never even bother to show up (Takii). When you call to see where they’re at it’s always an excuse. They have other people who don’t even work there open the shop and turn the lights on to appear open and you can’t go in because none of the workers are there. Makes no sense. Such an ignorant way to run a business. Had an appointment on a Sunday and they never showed u

Don’t even waste your time going here. The stylist can’t cut hair besides a blunt cut with some clippers. I asked for a trim of my layers and she had me walking around with a cut like I was homeless, until my usual hair lady could fix it. It’s funny now but in the moment I was so upset. She also can’t take criticism, or accept the fact that she was wrong. They also don’t do refunds.

I booked an appointment for 6:00. By 6:10 nobody was in the salon so I texted the stylist only to receive no response. Around 6:20 I called and she said she didn’t see the appointment. I thought she would have the decency to come to the salon after realizing she had a client but I was told she would not be coming. Absolutely terrible customer service. To make things worse i’ve already taken my hair out and I walked under the hot sun to get to my appointment.

Very clean salon that consists of hair stylists who work efficiently, which is always a plus for me. The owner is friendly, professional, and passionate about providing services that meets the needs of clients. Looking forward to my next appointment!
