Martha is my girllllll!!! I’ve visited this establishment for the first time and was not disappointed. The energy from everyone was incredible. Friendly, welcoming and just lovely. The work speaks for itself. You will not be disappointed!

3d gel nails is a no go unless the owner is doing it! The nail techs persuade you to get it possibly because its faster for THEM! I've had a bad experience plus an inexperienced tech. 1 week and nails are lifting up, bad enough i left unsatisfied due to my tech lack of experience. Not her fault but definitely the owners fault. This crew seems laid back and chatty not really hard workers and the one in the last booth on the left side has a nasty attitude. After cutting my cuticle she never said sorry or offer anything to clean up blood. My daughter said she yanked on her hand several times. Very unhappy with my experience with such an expensive bill. I yanked the nails off.

Customer service was good and the ladies were kind. Pedi was horrible. I tried this place last year when we move to Seymour Johnson and they did a horrible job then. Thought I’d give this place another try since I live right there and did not feel like driving to my regular place. I Mentioned I was going out of town to my daughter’s baby shower and needed my feet done. The cuticles weren’t cut correctly and she cut too much skin around one of my big toes. Did not get all of the previous polish off one of my little toes . She tried to correct the paint on my big toe when asked looked the same as the first time. Not sure why this lady thought this is acceptable. Anyway, will not be returning.

I had the absolute worst experience today. I’ve gotten my nails don’t here before and I’m not sure what the problem was but I went in for a color change and 1 nail repair. The lady gave me a fill-in which she clearly saw but did it anyway then charged me 50 dollars for the fill in I said I didn’t want. The nail She “fixed” was sticking up like a sore thumb. Never again.

Very professional, felt the love and the humor. Very good customer service. My daughter was happy with the results. First picture what we chose second picture the results.
