I Luv Nails

I went over the weekend. I read reviews and looked through pictures they had of nails. I did have a more difficult Halloween design, but also had more simple back ups which I showed the manager. She verified with Julie that she could do it. I am not one to complain or if I don’t like something in the middle of service especially if it’s busy do say anything. I also asked twice to Julie if she could do it and she responded yes. Part of the design was left off, the trees don’t look like trees, and now the gel is bubbling and peeling off of one nail. I am beyond disappointed as I paid $90 for this set. The shape of some of the nails are also a little wonky. Please make sure the designs you get are simple and look more like their pictures. This was a birthday gift and now I am extremely unhapp

This nail salon is so overrated. I went there because of the positive reviews from nearby customers, but my nails aren't as pretty as they appear in the photos. The nail color is off-kilter, and the shaping isn't great either. They didn't even inform me of the transaction fee for credit card payments. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. I probably won't be back.

I go here all the time. I got a regular pedicure and had them add 2 nails one on each big toe and a design and had a new set of nails put on and a design. I am still in shock it cost me 172.90!!! That includes the tip but I can’t believe for a new set of nails and design and a pedicure with design cost me 140.00 dollars!! Sadly I will probably never go back I feel cheated!! A pedicure and new set of nails and even having two nails put on my big toes should not have cost me 172.90. I’m just shocked!! I do not think it should have been max 120!! I guess we live and learn!!

I asked for Orange french tips and made it very clear i wanted them orange and not white i even showed a picture of colored french tips. She rushed me out and left my nails white.

Im very dissapointed for it being my first time. After not even 2 weeks my nails are coming off i went this week to get them fixed and insteas of them lasting They are popping off. It was over priced not worth the 80 i spent, want a refund
