I LUV NAILS

INSPO AND ACTUAL NAILS ATTACHED Do not come here. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Before even starting my service, I noticed how dirty the space was. The nail technician did not sanitize or clean her tools after finishing with the previous client, and I watched her walk straight over to me and use them without cleaning. She would not let me choose my nail colors even though I repeatedly tried to explain what I wanted. During the service, two of my fingers started bleeding and she did not clean the blood or sanitize the area. My nails were applied extremely thick, to the point that I am in pain. She also charged me extra. I specifically asked if a design was possible and told her if not, I was completely fine with a single color. She said the de

Unfortunately this was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. It was messily done and she used unprofessional methods I’ve never seen used anywhere else. There was color all around my nails, there was a whole piece not even painted and on both my thumbs, half the nail is matte and half is shiny. Some of the polish on 2 fingers extends past the width of my nail. She said I could come back Monday but I don’t even want to use this place again after the blatant carelessness. I asked for a refund and she refused, but it’s my fault for not refusing to pay because it was no where close to a $57 manicure.

I will NEVER EVER go back here & waste my money! I’m not sure if a new girl was practicing! I was there for over 3 hours & received these! What I asked for vs what I got! Nails are already cracking & they are very thin! Beware do not waste your time or money!!!!! I asked for tapered square shape & got these!

Wow! This was my first pedicure and getting my nails done since the pandemic started. I Luv NAILS was amazing and very clean and took my safety serious. I felt comfortable and didn’t have to worry. Sandy did my nails and they are perfect! Thank you Sandy. I highly recommend.
