I rarely write reviews, but after going to I Nail Spa for several years, I felt compelled to share my experience—and these amazing nails. I always see Mei, though every staff member is warm, welcoming, and incredibly skilled. I often bring in unique inspiration ideas, and they deliver every time. For this set, I chose silver chrome French tips, and they turned out even better than I imagined. After discussing the idea, Mei went above and beyond by watching tutorials and practicing the night before, paying close attention to every detail to achieve exactly what I wanted. Even more impressive, my nails last up to six weeks—something I’ve never experienced before. The creativity and dedication of the entire team make every visit exceptional. First off I want to say that this place is the best nail salon in Bonita Springs very clean no aroma. I came in here very pregnant in my third trimester and they took me in and did my nails for me last minute for my baby shower. very happy with this salon and it’s service. If you want a clean and healthy nail salon this is it.

I have been going here every 2 to 3 weeks for a few months now to get my nails done and a pedicure. After my last appointment I will not be returning. When I walked in I had my pedicure done first and told them I will be wanting ombré for my nails. Once I got to the guy doing my nails I told him I wanted ombré and he made an excuse that he couldn’t do it and only could do dip which I did not want so I had to quickly pick a different option while sitting there. I ended up just getting white nails since I didn’t expect for him to say he couldn’t do ombré. He was in such a rush and was rude. He did my nails very quickly and didn’t even add a base coat. Highly recommend this nail salon. I went in with fingernail that was broken very low, and Li did an excellent job fixing it. I also got a gel manicure, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. 10 stars.
