I Spa Nails

I came in to this salon last Thursday after making an appointment a few days earlier. This was my 1st time because I need somewhere between work and home. Kimme was very personable and kind. She asked me what I liked and she totally "got it" without me hardly telling her much. It was super cold and everyone else went home early. Kimme did not rush and we had nice conversation. I can honestly say, she has done better than anyone else ever has. They are perfect!! Usually I have to file or shape something but not Kimme's job. I love the length and everything. I will definitely be back to see Kimme in a few weeks! Thank you! A+ 🩷

Kim is fantastic as always!!! She is so picky about her work. If she doesn’t feel 100% about it she will restart it.

Most of the individual technicians are amazing! I especially love Kristy who does natural nails and would rate her a 10! Kimmy also does great services and is super knowledgeable but her attitude is a little rude. If your ok feeling uneasy the entire service, i highly recommend her work! Melissa does awesome work too! However the salon as a whole and ownership sucks. After going there about once a month for the last two years for services with Kristy and recently transitioning to Kimmy when I started back on acrylics, I was shocked at a recent experience I had. Took my daughter for her first manicure/pedicure!(she is 3) She was a little scared in the beginning! The staff were fantastic! They were so patient and kind to her! They did her pedicure on my lap but by the time it was manicure time she was relaxed and ready to go! She loved every minute of it! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I want to like this place because it is in town and would be convenient, but today was the final straw. Through previous experiences I had sworn off this business for gel or acrylics, but figured a simple removal would be fine. I was mistaken. My nail tech cut the tips off of my nails and then proceeded to use the cuticle trimmer to cut/peel off my polish. It was painful and she even gouged me through my nail (second picture). She did not apologize but asked if it was painful and I said yes. She then asked if I wanted them soaked (that was what I had been expecting in the first place). She quickly used the dremel to take the top coat off and poured the acetone to soak my nails. There was so much remover in the foil that it was running down my palms and onto my shirt sleeves.
