The customer service is always 100% from both ladies that work here. The atmosphere is friendly, calm and inviting. My first Brazilian I was super nervous and my esthetician talked me through the entire process. The only place I will ever go for a wax! Highly professional!

I was really impressed with both the ease of scheduling and with the service by Nisha. She is very professional, fast, personable and enjoyable to chat with. Whatever she uses works Bc I was a long time user of EWC (National chain) and always experienced horrible irritation for days. But I haven’t had the first issue since my service 3 days ago… I also obtained the aftercare products and am really pleased with how great everything still is!!
