Please do not go here! I went for a manicure yesterday. The nail technician cut my cuticle twice. It bled a good deal. I was getting gel polish. Since she was unable to get it to bleeding she decided to spray it with alcohol spray. It continued to bleed, so she decided to try to apply the polish. The blood transferred to the brush, which she then put back in the jar! I asked her to please wait until it stopped bleeding before finishing. She did not want to do this (I’m guessing due to the people waiting for services) and grabbed at my hands. Frustrated, I asked her just remove the gel from the other nails and be done. I had to ask 4 times before she agreed. During this time, two other technicians were present telling me my finger was fine to be painted. While using the drill to remove the

Great pricing and super friendly staff!!! Requested ombre pink and white acrylic for hands and a gel pedi. They did an excellent job and were so helpful on every request I had. Their massage chairs are very comfortable and easy to use. Pricing is fantastic for the quality of work they do! Wish I lived near by, they would be my place.

Kim at Ideal is my go-to! She has been doing my nails even before she joined Ideal, but this establishment suits her well. The other staff is so kind, and so funny. They have a lot of colors that other salons do not (namely my favorite color DND 2442, pictured here. It’s part of the sheer collection and Kim always knows it’s my favorite). Highly recommend Kim and the staff at Ideal!

And he wonders why I wasn't happy. Let me run down my issues. 1. No disinfectanting tables in between clients. 2. Used hand files on desk. 3. E-file bits reused on clients with out sanitation. 4. Asked for clear tips. 5. Had curved clear tips, not straight tips. Even though another tech provides him with clear stiletto tips (perfect, what i haad/have on) 6. Layes acrylic and lifted tips to straighten/flatten them. Big ouch! 7. I said "Thats hurting me" when he proceeded to do it to a 3rd finger. No apologies 8. Had to ask for added acrylic for an apex so my nails dont snap in days 9. Hand filing was so rough & hard it was also hurting my nails. I told him to stop. I paid for what work was done and left.

They are wonderful at ideal beauty. Prices are wonderful. My nails always look amazing and if I break or chip they get me in and fix right away. Best nail salon in Idaho. I will never go anywhere else. Also all the employees are kind and make you feel feel comfortable.
