I shop here about every other week. Recently the old lady had me verify my name and address just to scan my number. I didnt use my points so I didnt see why that was necessary. She said because people have been using other people's points and it's a new policy now. YET I have shopped here twice since then and have not once been asked to verify this information with anyone else. Nice store but I will carry my business to Manhattan Beauty in Norfolk where im welcomed. Their customer service is top notch. BEWARE of IDEAL BEAUTY

I went to this store for the first time, and while it’s organized, the experience was very uncomfortable. The staff were constantly watching customers through the cameras, which makes you feel uneasy spending your money there. It wasn’t me personally being watched, but I noticed it happening to others as they came in, and it gave the store an unwelcoming atmosphere. I even had to let the owner know that Black people are their number one supporters in a hair store, yet this type of treatment pushes people away. If you want to shop where you’re shown genuine love and respect, I recommend going around the corner to Hair City instead.

They have everything you need even a few items you can’t find at the other beauty supply stores. The staff is very nice and helpful. It’s clean, doesn’t smell or look run down. This is most definitely my new go to store.

I love this store and there wide selection , customer service is always superior and anything they don’t have they ask if we would like it ordered
