From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating — including the owner, who personally made sure I was comfortable. As a Muslim woman who covers, I truly appreciated the team’s care and respect in ensuring my privacy and comfort throughout the appointment. Julia was absolutely wonderful — patient, talented, and so attentive to every detail. She created a beautiful hairstyle that exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling so happy and confident. The atmosphere was warm and professional, and the whole experience felt truly special. I had been on the lookout for a while for a salon I could call my own for quite a while. I found Identity Atelier recommended on Reddit and came in for a consultation before the actual service. I loved their clear communication on expectations (coloring hair blonde that has never been blonde before would take multiple sessions) and never felt like I had anything jumped on me. They took care of me for hours after a very thorough detangling session, and left me with beautiful blonde highlights without damage. I can't wait to come back in January to complete my look!

Their premium head spa experience was 90 minutes of total bliss! Multiple scalp massages, a scalp detox & specialized conditioning treatments for both scalp & ends- even a lovely hand massage with heated mitts complete with warm towels, an eye mask, and a plush blanket. It ended with a blowout using products that promote scalp (the Royal Jelly treatment is a MUST!) & overall hair health. Lindsey (my stylist) was absolutely amazing & created a total experience! Her pressure was always on point & her blowouts are runway worthy! I knew half-way through my appointment that I was rebooking this treatment again- it was the ultimate self-care treat! 10/10 recommend! Worth EVERY single penny!

I've been going to Identity Atelier and seeing the amazing Sami for about a year now. I cant say enough about how lovely she is, and her work is fantastic. I'd recommend her to anyone. The salon is always clean and there's a smiling face to greet you when you walk in. I've never been dissatisfied when leaving this salon
