Idol's Nails

Overall the experience was okay. Came in Saturday afternoon with no wait and wasn’t busy. The prices are lower than others around ($55 for a spa pedicure including stone massage, $10 for gel, $65 total before tip). She did a fine job except for 2 details. One is I asked at the beginning of the pedicure including the hot socks of wax or collagen, and if not I wanted to pay extra for it. She said it was included in the spa pedicure, but I never got it, which is sad because it’s my favorite parts and even offered to pay for it. One other small detail was I told her I had ingrown nails, and she painted them to look nice and worked around the missing part of my one nail to look nice which is great, but she didn’t cut out the rest of the ingrown nail. So decent, but not great, making it a 4/5 st

Here’s the deal with Idol’s Nails. The staff is an absolute 5 star with being personable and the willingness to make it a good experience. Although depending on the timing it might be a bit of a mad house!!! So this rating is in between. My thoughts…staff is VERY friendly. Service is awesome but to be reasonable, depending on peak hours. Location is great due to it being right around Starbucks and Walgreens. Cleanliness is a big negative. I give it a 2 star because it really needs a thorough daily cleaning. Prices for service is very reasonable and usually above par for quality. Overall, I overlook the cleaning for the personal treatment that I receive every time.

Love this place ❤️ Been going here since 2015. I trust no one else with my eyebrow waxing. They acrylic nails are done well. Palm trees were hand painted on my nails. I love them and I'm very impressed. (Don't mind my cuticles...I pick at them)

Best place in the area!! Diane is the best and the new GelX has done wonders for my nails. They grow so quickly and stay on for 5+ weeks with no issues whatsoever. My nails are so strong and they look great every time. The staff is so friendly and the prices are great. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I always see Diane! She is so sweet and caring and always does an amazing job! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the ladies here. They also have the best pedicures around for a great price! They are slightly cheaper than places around and I just tip more with the money I saved because these women work hard and deserve it. Remember! They work for tips. It’s how they pay their bills!
