I recently had my first male full-body laser hair removal session at The Glam Room with Sophia, and I’m extremely pleased with the results so far. It was very quick and easy to schedule an appointment over text. When I arrived, the treatment began right away. The procedure was definitely painful at times, but Sophia was very professional throughout the entire session, which lasted about an hour. She also gave clear aftercare instructions before I left. Now about 4 weeks later, I’ve experienced a lot of shedding with minimal regrowth and some patchiness, which is very encouraging. This is especially surprising to me because due to my genetics I’m naturally very hairy. My skin tone is also between a Fitzpatrick 4 and 5, and another clinic actually told me their laser wouldn’t work well fo

Unprofessional communication and unhelpful attitude. I asked reasonable questions before booking because I needed reassurance and I received blunt, impatient replies. The tone felt dismissive and lacking patience including being told “okay not come then.” 😳 Too bad, I was close to choosing them. If responding to client questions is an issue, this role may not be a good fit. This review only concerns the person replying online via email, not the in-person staff whom I did not meet. Do not recommend!

Exelent team, highly reccomend them. They are Attantive, Warm, Profesional and Dynamic. Detail oriented! ❤️✌️👍
