I ordered the foundation/ primer / concealer & the lip eye and face creams I have to say the make up was pretty good but I think I’m just not a foundation kinda lady, they did match me perfectly but I mainly I just do powder. And while I could use this for special occasions I wouldn’t need a subscription. So the face creams….wow my face and lips feel so amazing I will definitely be repurchasing them when I’m out simply because I love them! I reached out to customer service a few times regarding returns and they were so fast and helpful! I give this product and the service a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

It's true! All of the reels and videos that you see online... It's true! I'm a 63-year-old woman with my share of wrinkles and blemishes. Never had Botox, fillers, needling... None of it. I went online, answered their survey, the next day, I received the perfect shade. Application was so easy and I got a free brush and a few other products for free. Normally I use Lancome dual finished pressed powder as it was the only non-heavy One and done foundation. This IL.Makiage is the absolute best foundation. I ordered matte finish. It stays on all day and is easy to remove at night. It's all true. Pretty sure I will be using this the rest of my life. I'll check out the free products that they sent but right now I am hooked on the foundation. They made a customer out of me! And... I am telling all

I’ve heard a lot of positive reviews. I want to try! I did try before you buy, and paid for the shipping cost. I got the product but l didn't like the texture of it on my skin. Max reached out and gave me some helpful tips! Unfortunately, it wasn't for me. Sadly. I asked for a return label so l can return the product. They said l can keep the product and refund my shipping cost! Hands down the BEST customer service out there! I would definitely be back in the future. I had a great experience with IL Makiage’s customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and also ordered two different items by mistake. Before I even received my package, I was contacted by email and told to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. Once I received the items and realized my error, I contacted them right away. Nicole was incredibly kind and helpful. She allowed me to keep one product for free and return the other for a full refund. I truly appreciate how easy and stress-free she made the process. I ordered the power camo on 09/16 and the bottle was delievered completely empty, so I reached out and they kindly offered to replace the bottle. The replacement arrived today 10/02 and again, the bottle was completely empty. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I offered to return both bottles for a full refund, but have not heard from them.
