Really bad and rushed clearly didn’t want to be there knew nails weren’t done drying and just let me go cause she didn’t want to do it asked her to keep filling index after the polish cause I didn’t realize how off it looked and she did for 2 seconds. I gave tip anyway but this was genuinely not a good experience, if you can save yourself the time go somewhere else. Not to mention the full stepping on the file so bad you can see on my nails where it is deeper.

I am giving Illusionz nail salon 5 stars, because in the end I did enjoy my experience. I was accommodated and taken care of. The sweet Peruvian nail technician, Luz, was very friendly and kept up a light conversation. Thank you!

Staff is unwelcoming. Rude. Rushed poor quality work. Even at 0930 when they open and not busy. I'm unclear of why they treat customers this way. I see hard working paying customers walk in and they make zero eye contact or effort to accommodate or acknowledge us. They act as if the clients bug. Isn't this how you make money? I speak Spanish I am very clear on what I need, they still only do what they want. To the señoras that work here. Do not bother giving them your business. Their polish is old, separating, clumpy from all the acetone they have added to it to make it last. Came to get a pedicure for my 3 yr old and I (just color for her) and while waiting half an hour used the clumpy color my daughter picked out to test it on her nails. As soon as FLOR was going to walk us to the back for our pedicures she rudely told me she was going to charge me for testing out the color on my 3 year old nails. Mind you, my intention was to remove it as I was just killing time & again testing the color. I even said to this ignorant woman, pass the remover. Really liked the place. Went in on a whim to check out prices since most places a $30 for a new acrylic set with regular polish. I love the fact that it was $30 including the change in nail style. I got 2 fingers in a pointy almond shape & the rest coffin shaped. They didn't charge you extra if you wanted to use OPI or Essie regular polish. I LOVED LOVED LOVED the nail technician that I got. Her name is Jessica, young girl who know her job right! First time that I go into a new nail salon and that they get the shape, thickness, and size right without me having to correct them. I'm very meticulous when it comes to how I like my nails done and I left more than satisfied!
