Location and salon was clean. They got really offended when I asked about the pricing. I got the basic pedicure and the pedicure was mediocre (no massage and it felt rushed). I love getting nail art and I understand every place charges differently. After I showed her a picture of what I wanted, I asked for how much it would be. She gave me a price that I was not comfortable with and opted to just go with gel x with square nails and a design on my ring finger. The appointment went down hill after I asked about the pricing, they were talking in viet about how cheap I was and only got the basic pedicure and how I changed my mind about getting a design due to the price she gave me. I felt VERY uncomfortable to sit thru the appointment. Also I asked for square nails and got duck nails. I woul

Love love my nails! The staff super friendly and funny. They fixed my nails, and they weren’t rushing even though it was closing time .

I had a great experience here at iluxe. My nails look and feel wonderful. Jenny helped me with my birthday nails and did them wonderfully. She put so much time and energy into my nails and just made my day. I’ve had bad luck with nail places before but this place is so good!

The most patient and meticulous manicure I’ve ever gotten - Billy was phenomenal, sought feedback, and ensured my satisfaction with my manicure and pedicure before I left. I came in an hour before closing and he stayed an hour late to accommodate my ask. I will certainly return when I’m in the area next.

They charged me $90 for very basic black French tips and a ghost but the ghost looked horrible and there was black all over my cuticles left over. The guy was even laughing at his own work and then they still had the nerve to charge me $90. Never again.
