IMAGE NAILS

I been here on multiple occasions and every time I received horrible service except my initial visit. On my first visit I was serviced by a young man and received a powder refill. He was great. I believe his name was Ryan/Bryan. Well the next time I went back he wasn’t there and they said he was off that day and can I be served by someone else. Hated the service. Went back for Ryan/Bryan, finally I was told he no longer worked there. So I was serviced by another person and hated it. Well months pass and my sister in law needed a quick fill in and I told her to go there because it’s close to our house and fairy inexpensive. Tom did her nails and to my surprise I liked them, this was Wednesday I went back to Tom Friday and didn’t like the service I received. All I wanted was solar acrylic

Went 2 days ago and had a Terrible experience! I made a 5:30pm appointment for my mom and myself to each get a pedicure, a full set for my self and a fill for her. We didn’t leave until after 8pm. My nails took 45 minutes for short square. One is way shorter than the rest and she flooded my cuticles. Not a clean application AT ALL! My mom had her feet in the water for over 1.5 hours before anyone even started her pedicure!! The lady who did my pedicure cut me and I was bleeding pretty bad. She wiped the blood with a towel, not even a cotton ball! I didn’t even want her to finish the service! We will never be back!

I came in for a pedicure today. And because I wanted her to let my feet soak for a few minutes. She moved on to someone else. And the other lady said you might need to come back tomorrow? I don’t understand these people want you to pay them for a service but you can’t ask them to let your feet soak a few minutes plus they don’t even change the nail filed that already using on everybody else feet, so I will not be coming back . customers need to be careful. They don’t get something from using a nail file that’s been previously used.

Horrible. My acrylics popped off after two days. I was sick at the time and called to tell them. They told me to come back and I told them I was sick with the flu so I didn’t want to spread it. They told me come back “WHENEVER”. I ended up getting pneumonia after and was battling my illness this whole time. I finally feel better to come back and they sit me down at a chair and THEN tell me they can’t do it after making me sit there and wait because “they don’t remember who did my nails” then later said they remembered me but it’s been too long. Their exact words were “whenever” come back any time when you feel better. The quality and service is terrible. Not to mention the first time I came a nail tech literally made me cry so I said I didn’t want my nails done then someone else proceeded

I will never return to this salon. The moment I walked in I was clear of what services I needed manicure and removal of an old set. While I was trying to pick my orange “pumpkin color” the lady with the eyebrows carts comes up to me I asked. What are you doing? She said eyebrows I said no I personally get them treaded by someone personal. They start to speak in their language which made me feel uncomfortable. I then could never find the orange I was looking for and they showed me many other colors which I felt unnecessary because I said I would pick the color in the end. I picked this color which I will attach photos. It did not turn out anything I wanted.
