Worst customer service experience ever! My friend and I had a groupon we wanted to use and asked if they could get us in 2 hours later. She said no. Then my friend called back to say we were going to pay for the upgraded pedicures and magically they could accomodate us! During the pedicures, one of the techs talked on her Bluetooth to someone SO LOUD the neighbors could hear. It was so disturbing to us that we decided to play music very loud on our phone to drown out her voice. We made comments to each other about how Not relaxing it was but no one seemed to get the hint. They made absolutely NO effort to make our experience relaxing or show that they cared about us. The only thing good that came out of it was the decent pedicure. This is one place I would never return to!

Today was my first, and I used a Groupon. Groupon customers can only schedule appointments Monday thru Thursday. I was greeted immediately upon entry, and told that "she" would get with me, when "she" was the person who greeted me at the door. About 5 minutes later, I was invited in the back to start my service. The chairs were old and some of the bowls were sealed with tape. However, I enjoyed my chair massage, and the six minute foot and leg massage. I did not get a six minute or even a one minute massage on my hands, so I was disappointed by that. The two lady workers talked to each other the entire time, as if they were not servicing customers. This was the worst nail experience i’ve ever had. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the lady doing my nails was on her phone the whole time. My nails are uneven, badly shaped when i asked for “coffin”, and the nail polish is messed up. The lady also left a crust around my cuticles. She also charged me $10 for no reason, and i didn’t argue it because i was already so mad.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE- SAVE YOUR MONEY. I bought a Groupon for a pedicure- the cuticles of the nails were NOT CUT at all. The woman working insisted that they were and argued with me. As you can clearly see from the photos that they were not. When making an appointment, I asked for an acrylic manicure with tips. When I arrived the woman working insisted on dip powder. I did NOT receive a manicure. The cuticles look absolutely AWFUL. The dip powder has bubbles all in it and the French is completely uneven. I voiced my concerns but the woman argued with me. And she was on the phone the entire time due to lack of workers. As customers walked in, she was calling other workers to come to the salon because she was understaffed. Imagine Nails did give you beverages once I asked like coffee for me and a cup of wine for me husband. However me and my husband went for a man-pedi spa treatment and his chair did not work. I paid extra for an American manicure and when it was finished it look as if my nails was done for a week. This business watered down the nail polish right in front if me. They also pushed the gel nail polish after I said I did not want it. Here is a picture of my completed nails. If you gambeled and used their services I would tell you to take your own nail polish. For $180 for both of us I expected better service.
