I originally came in for a different service, but it had to be canceled last minute due to staffing. The team was incredibly accommodating, though, and I was able to get a massage instead—and I’m so glad I did. It ended up being a fantastic experience. It was my first time getting a massage and it was amazing. John really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas where I carry the most tension. The pressure was perfect—firm but relaxing—and I left feeling completely refreshed and loose.

I have had a couple facials here but then moved out of the area and tried Hand And Stone for an anti ageing facial. Let me say, Immerse Spa is not only more reasonable priced but the facial experience was FAR better than Hand and Stone. Immerse Spa has such a relaxing environment, the esthetician was knowledgeable and helped educate me and facial was one of the most relaxing things I have ever experienced (I even dossed off). At hand and stone it felt like I was in a slightly more relaxing doctors office, the esthetician told me nothing about the products she put on my face and gave me zero recommendations. I highly recommend Immerse!!

My girlfriend and I were able to book a same day, 90-minute massage here for Valentine's. My girlfriend Eve really enjoyed her massage from Anne, and I appreciated Michael's attention to the knots in my shoulders. Chloe was so sweet when I first called, and Annaliese was super friendly when we arrived and checked in and out after. 10/10 recommend this establishment and their services. Everyone was really friendly. We will definitely be back!

I just started receiving Botox for the first time, and Jalaya was absolutely incredible! She walked me through the entire process, educated me on what to expect afterward, and demonstrated such skill as an injector that you couldn’t even tell I had been treated by the time I left. I’m loving my results and had a wonderful follow-up appointment to ensure everything went perfectly. Jalaya’s energy and cheerful disposition make the experience even better. I would recommend her to anyone interested in exploring Botox with complete confidence. I wake up every day smiling at my reflection because I am over the moon with the results. Absolutely solid experience. I’ve already been twice and I’m already planning on coming back again. Did the Restore IV with Lila and felt immediate relief. Lila made it completely painless and stress-free. She was on point, professional, and made the whole process smooth. The atmosphere was awesome and relaxing. They offer a variety of IVs for different needs, whether it’s pain, recovery, energy, or overall wellness. 100% worth it. Highly recommend.
