She may be good in other areas and have good bedside manners but anyone can turn nice on when they want your money. I had lashes done with her and they started falling out within and hour of having them done. She claimed that it was the health of my lashes. I believe she should have said my lashes were unhealthy before wasting 3 hours and taking my money. Also she doesn't refund for services, so if she messes you up, you are without lashes and money. Worst customer service ever. Highly do not recommend.

This was my first time getting my lashes done so was a bit skeptical. Kay answered all my questions and was very thorough and professional. Atmosphere was very inviting and she made sure I was comfortable throughout! Lashes are flawless and intact. Highly recommend for all you lash beauties!
