I have been here many times and love it. I always get the same treatment! It’s called the “HOT MILK BODY SCRUB & SWEDISH OIL MASSAGE with fresh cucumber mask for face”. Get there early to enjoy the showers, sauna, hot tub prior to your treatment. The scrubbing can be a bit intense, but your skin feels great afterwards. The massage is nice and includes all sorts of lotions, oils, warm buckets of water rinses and hot towels. It ends with a fresh cucumber face mask and hair wash. Lasts 70 minutes and costs $130, well worth it.

They stopped providing slippers because the health department recommended that. At least that’s what they told me. Otherwise, I’ve been an infrequent visitor for years and always enjoy the spa and massage. for men there are just not many options.

I was hesitant to try this facility my friend recommended because of the recent negative reviews, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The inside is really nice—there are bathrooms, shoe lockers, separate lockers for your belongings, three standing open showers, three seated washing stations, a hot tub, a sauna, massage rooms, and scrubbing tables. They give you a bracelet with a number that matches your locker, and that’s what they call you by. On the women’s side, everyone is nude. I felt shy at first, but I quickly got comfortable because everyone is respectful and no one is paying attention to you. The scrub itself was amazing. It was a little rough at times, but never enough for me to ask her to stop or lighten up. Between each stage of the scrub, she poured warm water over me

Exactly what I was looking for. I am someone who enjoys the sauna -> cold-plunge cycle, with some hot tub time too. Thats what I'm looking for in a spa. The spa was clean, had plenty of room for all the patrons, and had what I needed. The dry sauna was a good temperature and the cold plunge was PERFECT for me. It was very deep and spacious so more than 1 person could use it at a time, and it was cold enough to give me the benefits I needed but not so cold that I wasn't able to use it (like some places). If I could change anything I'd raise the hot tub temp a couple degrees, and maybe add a lay-flat option for the chairs. But other than that it was perfect. The price was fair, and the length of stay allowed was 3 hours, which is an hour longer than other spas I've been to. I've been to t

this is a nice place. i would have given more stars if they had a strong jacuzzi jet in their hot tub. the steam room and dry sauna are very nice as well. If you can afford the services, the body work is gr8
