It really breaks my heart to make this post, Been coming here for4 years and ive never had a bad time, everytime i ususaly get bee and he does a fantastic job. This Time i got a younger girl and the nails are not horrible but they were very far from what i wanted and not even close to the refrence. 1. Acrylic not cleaned up on the undersides 2. Only put 1 layer or color on, Resulted in see thrugh nails in light 3. Side of nails are not filled all the way with the polish She took 2 hours for the nails and rushed me at the end , even going as far As cramming my hands into thr UV light together at the same time 😭😭😭

1. Kept cutting my skin while filing them 2. The acrylic powder burned my nail so bad I didn’t wanna keep going and I asked why and she said maybe your nails but then I heard the lady behind me say the acrylic powder was burning her nails too so what ever they use must be super cheap . They spray water to cool them down but it burns so bad you just want it off 3. I done chrome powder many times with princess nail and they always left it amazing but the lady here left my nails so messy she didn’t even clean them up

I had a fantastic experience at Impressions Nail Spa in Albuquerque! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Tu did an incredible job on my gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing—she was attentive, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. Everything came out exactly how I hoped, and the whole process was relaxing and professional. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for quality service and great results!

My daughter and I got our nails done here today. Great quality work. Will go back. Going on a trip this weekend and def feeling confident. Update: loved going here until they stopped my daughter and I saying we didn’t pay in full TWO TIMES AGO and that the next time we go, that we should think about paying them in full. What? Why did you let us leave if we didn’t pay? I would have happily paid the first time before you let us walk out. That’s your fault. Never going back.

This was one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to. The people there are so funny and nice. I got my nails done by Thu, not only did I get a beautiful set out of today, I had a great time there too. The amount of time Thu took to get my nails looking perfect shows how much the workers there really care for the customers! 10/10 would come again.
