iNails

Ive been going here for about a year now things started off great. But I’ve now gotten my 2nd infection from this place. The people are nice and the place appears clean but somewhere down the line something hasn’t been cleaned properly. I’m currently sitting in the hospital making sure the infection hasn’t spread to my bone this time around!

AWFUL experience. I was barely spoken to, I didn’t get the color I asked for, she tore up the cuticle on my thumb and pinky nail, I have rough spots everywhere, and the work was just messy. When she was finally done I left with bleeding fingers and residual red all over the place because of the sloppy work. I actually had to go home and clean out the power dip from under my nails and put on some neosporine in hopes to not get an infection. Absolutely will never go back.

left with nails that were absolutely terrible and was told i could come back the next day and they could fix them. they were all different lengths and sizes. they were also lumpy in spots. when i returned to have them fixed they would not fix them and when asked who their management is they had no clue. after sitting their for two hours trying to get my money back the girl throws a pile of ones onto the table at me and cuts my nails harshly with toe nail clippers cutting past my natural nail. if i could i would give this place a 0 star review. would never recommend and if i could find out who the owner is i would tell them they need to learn what customer service is.

I will say she did my nails fast and look good but i was charged $60 for a acrylic overlay with no tips at all. Im very frustrated especially as a teenage girl and was taken advantage of.

Wife and I went here to get pedicures and she got a full set. Pedicure was about 10 mins long, water was either too cold or too hot, and my feet still feel like they did before we went. Her nails look fine but the lady had to redo them a few times to ensure they were what was ordered. Will not return.
