iNails

Walked in after work and was helped immediately. The ladies were very nice and professional. I asked for short coffin nails but im pretty sure I left with medium square nails. They still look great. Will definitely be back. They were decently priced as well.

I was at there yesterday (10/03) and I have been going to iNails for a number of years. I was treated very poorly. The tech hurried me through towards the end. For she had another client, I guess was more important than me . I had my nails done and 99.5% of the time you need to wash your hands before finishing, nope not yesterday. She rushed off to the other client than another tech put the top coat on. And than I sat there pretty close to 15 minutes, before I was told I was done. Price has gone up, which I understand, but whoever was checking me out was talking to the tech and beats the heck out of me what they were saying. Again just so disappointed with my service.

I went to iNails on 10/03 for a dip french tip manicure with tips. Less than a week later I noticed that the white tips were turning yellow. I called that day and asked if I could get them redone free of charge and was told I could. I initially spent $90 with tip. I didn’t end up getting to go in until 10/13. I waited for 30 minutes before being helped. They stripped the dip powder and redid it with dip and gel tips. Once I was done, they still charged me $65. If I would have known I was going to be charged I wouldn’t have gone in the first place! The owner made me pay and offered no reimbursement. My family and I have been going to iNails for YEARS. We have also recommended many people to go there as well. After this, I am done with iNails and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Got in right away for a pedicure without an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and everything was clean and sterile. Had a nice selection of colors.

I have been to several places for my pedicures and this has been the best one. They are fast and do a really good job. I have had 3 different people and they all did A+ work. There massage chairs are awesome and are high quality. Every time I go there they are welcoming and do even better. Today was the best visit yet.
