Came in to see Courtney. I was extremely excited as I had waited over 2 years to cut my hair struggling to find a good hair stylist. I asked for long layers, and a rounded “U” like cut at the bottom and showed a reference photo. I walked out with a complete zig zag looking haircut. I attempted to message Courtney on Instagram, showed her the reference photo and a photo of how uneven my hair was. We had a polite exchange where I mentioned how uneven my ends were and not rounded. And she said I could come back in (I appreciate this but this is where I’m lacking trust in her). She failed to take accountability stating the reference photo was 6 inches shorter, and kept my layers subtle, she failed to acknowledge any sort of criticism that she left my hair uneven and completely zig zag at the

I can’t say enough good things about this salon and the highly talented stylists in it, especially my stylist Marissa. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and the whole place has such a calm, professional vibe. Marissa truly understands my hair! she listens to what I want, makes helpful suggestions, and brings the vision to life perfectly every visit. The quality of service, the care, and the consistency are unmatched. I always walk out feeling beautiful. Would give more than 5 stars if i could! Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Ashley for 10 years, and she’s the only person I trust with my hair! She’s truly incredible at highlights and does the most seamless, blended foilayage. My hair always turns out perfect. Indigo Loft Salon has such a cute, cozy vibe, and the staff is so friendly every time you walk in. If you need a blonde specialist who really knows her craft, Ashley is your girl!

I have been going to Micaela at Indigo Loft Salon since 2018 and cannot tell you enough amazing she is. I have gotten haircuts, color, highlight, and extensions here - all of the services have been amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She does exactly what I ask for and if it doesn't turn out quite right she will do a touch up appointment no questions asked. I have referred several people to the salon including my mom who all have services done by Micaela. She is the absolute best.

I recently decided that after years of being blonde I wanted to switch it up and Courtney did an amazing job making my copper hair dreams come true! She was informative and taught me how to maintain the copper and make my color last, and my hair has never been healthier or looked better!! I have never had so many compliments. 10 out of 10 experience all around!!
