I called the Indique Hair Brooklyn location on 12/6 to inquire about a purchase, and I’m still blown away by the amazing, superb service I received from Khadeen. She was incredibly patient, answered every one of my questions with genuine care, and her warm, sweet attitude made the entire experience unforgettable. I’m taking the time to write this review because she truly deserves to be acknowledged. People are quick to call out poor service, but it’s just as important, if not more, to spotlight the good. And, Khadeen, is the kind of employee who absolutely should be recognized. Thank you, Khadeen, for providing the BEST customer service. Indique is truly lucky to have you on their team!

Found this place on Google while looking for clip-ins to match my texture and the customer service was AMAZING! The sales associate (working Valentine’s Day around 2 PM) was so patient, answered all my questions, and showed me how each texture curls. I got the blowout texture and it matches my hair perfectly after washing and blowing it out. 10/10 🤩

Let me rave about this customer service. I apologize for not remembering the woman’s name but my goodness she was excellent. She also handled a very disgruntled customer with so much professionalism and class. Not once did she raise her voice or reciprocate the behavior. I learned a thing or two today. I am very pleased just with the customer service. It made spending as much as I did feel less painless. Just wow!!! I mean 10 out of 10. Give her a raise!! Now I just need the bundles to be on the same level as the customer service!! Thank you for a good experience.

The customer service I received today was amazing. This was my first time shopping with Indique and though I ended up purchasing online, I am extremely happy with my in store experience.

The hair tangles very easily, it sheds a lot and very thin at the ends. Not worth the investment at all for the price because there is a likely chance you won’t be able to reuse the hair which is ridiculous for $700 for 2 bundles
