Infinity Massage & Salon

Won't return. Took a day off work, drove an hour to get there (for a scheduled appointment booked over a week prior), only to be told the person doing my massage had a last minute issue &wasn't there. Ok stuff happens. So I wait. Kept being told that it shouldn't be much longer. 45 minutes later he still wasn't there so I left, angry & very disappointed. This was supposed to be my first massage ever. The place was not very welcoming, it was very dirty & run down, then to go through all that for nothing just left a bad impression. So unprofessional. I have a gift card that will now go to waste.

I had my first massage at Infinity today with David. I am very grateful and feeling fantastic. The staff here is very welcoming and professional. I had a 2 hour problem focused massage and David worked with me to make sure the experience was both calming & therapeutic. He was very professional, kind and soft spoken. These are all great qualities for a massage therapist. I will definitely return for more sessions!

I have been getting my hair done by Adam here for years! He is amazing! The atmosphere is chill, plus he plays good music. I have also heard great things about massages! 😁

Omg David gave me the BEST MASSAGE. He's got a perfectly relaxed atmosphere friendly conversation and I left there completely relaxed and feeling light as air ! Thank you David, I'll be back in 3 weeks to see you

Those of you who were impressed by the service and massage have never had a good massage. The place was dirty and the massage was the worst I've ever had, the room was bright and the bed felt broken. The atmosphere was cold and unprofessional. I only went because I was given a gift card and won't go again. Suchness Spa in Eureka Springs is absolutely fabulous and after the massage they serve you tea and snacks. It's a must try for everyone!
