This was a very nice trail. Finding the turn off to the parking was a little tough as it was so small, but I found it! 🎉 Initially I was going to give it 4 stars because while really nice, I didn't see any other pedestrians or dog walkers, just cyclists. The path wasn't that wide, so a bit tough being the only dog walker with so many cyclists going by. However, after seeing how easy it was for kayakers to get into the water from the shore near the parking lot, that was a star! 😄 And the water looked so peaceful and perfect for kayaking. Lovely trail and everyone using the trail was quite polite! I may go again, without the pup and with my bicycle! 😊
First time being there was told it's a great place to launch your kayak also was told that the water looked to be about 15 feet up the shoreline more than what it was last fall, was also informed that it can get real busy. All around a nice spot! April 16th water a little chilly 🐧 lol
Beautiful place to see and explore from the water.
Great put in for paddling and no park permit required!
