Horrible spa. The workers all have an attitude, the owners are rude and double faced. Right when I walked in the vibe was bad and you could hear the workers gossiping about others. Not only that but the owners are not professional, just look at their replies to other peoples reviews. They are snarky and entitled. Do not go here unless you want to feel uncomfortable, judged and mistreated.

I can't understand how there are so many good reviews? Doesn't anyone care how they treat employees? Recently I accompanied a friend to this place, she went for a facial treatment, I don't know exactly what it is, women's things, and the time I was there while I left her and picked her up again, I heard how the manager yelled at the employees in a very bad way, mediocre professional ethics shouting that way in front of the customers. My mother is Hispanic and of course I could understand everything they said. It was tremendously uncomfortable, you definitely have to pay attention to that.

I went with my friend and she told me that during her appointment the girl attending her was on the phone the whole time. And while I was there I noticed they’re really disorganized with their appointments.

Mariana is amazing, super nice and detail oriented. She was very organized and explained everything to me. Go Get your laser ladies and ask for Mariana, she’s amazing!!!

I recommend this place. I really loved the attention, the place is clean, the staff were very welcoming and nice to me. I will definitely continue going here. Loved it.
