InSpa - Bellevue Square

Used to go their factoria location. Like this one better. Front desk is friendly and professional. Had pedicure with Mindy. She’s awesome! Also, did manicure with Heidi. She is great too! Considering try other services.

I was actually anxious to go to Bellevue Inspa after reading some of the online reviews. I usually go to Issaquah Inspa but they do not have the dip manicure service. But I ended up having such a great experience with Lyna! She was beyond amazing! Great customer service. We connected so well and she did such an amazing job!

Heidi, as always, came through with some amazing work for my set of dip manicure with an ombre french tip! Her technique and attention to detail are amazing, and she is always so kind and sweet! I cannot recommend Heidi enough, she's my go-to gal!

Great eyelash tint from Diem. She's so sweet and NEVER gets tint in my eyes! Painless, relaxing and fabulous results. Fair market pricing. Thank you Diem!!

UPDATE: the store manager immediately reached out after my review with understanding and willingness to go above and beyond to help - something I really appreciate in a customer services role. We will be giving another inspa location a shot to see if our experience changes, but for this proactive approach, I’ve upstaged my review to 3 starts and will revise as necessary based on our updated experiencs. My mom and I had a manicure date. One of the worse manicures we have gotten and it’s really a shame because we were expecting more from InSpa. Not sure how you can charge a premium but offer a terrible manicure. I didn’t even get a massage. We absolutely do not recommend and we will not be back given we had two different technicians. Only reason I gave two starts was the technicians and fro
