I wish I read the reviews sooner. I was very happy with my nails the first time although a simple gelx set took 2 hrs because the woman doing them stopped every time she spoke to someone else. Every time ive been back since I’ve been disappointed and I will NOT be returning. When I got home it looked like the older woman who did my nails painted them in the dark. When I went back in the next day, she blamed it on ME because I said it was ok (I didn’t realize they looked like that) and the color. This lady was RUDE. She said she couldn’t give me a refund because I had already left and when she finally decided she would try painting them again I apparently chose the wrong color. I had to accept a clear coat and left without saying a word. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. It’s a shame because this p

I dropped off my mother-in-law to this nail salon for a simple mani and pedi because it’s conveniently close to home. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. When she came home, she mentioned they didn’t do a good job, and she had paid an extra $10 for callous removal—something she likely didn’t fully understand because she doesn’t speak English. The callous removal left her feet looking flaky and even worse than before. She was so dissatisfied that she ended up using a callous remover at home to try to smooth her feet herself. When she showed me her feet, I was shocked. There were cuts, leftover cuticle, and her feet looked damaged. I called the salon to express how unacceptable this was and even sent them photos to show the poor work. However, they were unapologetic a

I get regular pedicures at the same place for many years. Today I decided to try Inspire since that are new to the community. Not one chair had a customer which I found surprising on a Saturday at noon. I was helped right away however there seemed to be an attitude shift when I declined “extras”. When she put my sandals on, she scraped my toe and then attempted to repair it. Sloppy finish to my pedicure. I had high hopes. Guess I’ll be returning to my normal spot

This place is nice and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and offered me cold water. The one star is because of the customer service I received from this 1 nail technician. I will not be returning. This lady was trying to convince me to get gel nail polish because she claims regular nail polish turns the nails yellow. (HER TONE WAS RUDE) So before gel, people’s nails were turning yellow? She was so offended that I wanted regular nail polish. I LIKE TO USE NAIL POLISH REMOVER to take my nail polish off, instead of being forced to go back to the nail shop to have it removed. (This is what she rudely suggested) Then she was upset because I didn’t want to pay extra for the callus removal. After she finished my nails (Which were very nice), she walked away and left me there without say

Tried to give this place a chance and came about a couple of different times for Gel X nails and pedicures but I will never be back. They overcharge their services and offer cheap quality while doing so. The first set I got was a medium almond shape that they changed me $90 for. Of course, Cycy upsold me and added chrome too without me requesting but I didn’t complain because they were cute and they ended up lasting until i went back in for a new set. I wanted something more simple and cost effective this time, so I went with a short almond gel x set. I was still charged about $80!! because of “gel”. I was already frustrated with the ridiculous price but 3 days later when one of the nails came completely off, I went back in to ask them to fix it. Tell me why exactly 5 days after, that same
