The entire beginning half of my experience was great! I did my research before booking, and chose the $85 dollar option for gel mani pedi. I expected for the price to jump up to $100 as I wanted a french tip design, and that is the usual in the area. My technician was Win, and she was just amazing. She was precise, careful, and very friendly. We chatted, and it didn’t feel forced like many other nail salons are. She asked questions about what I expected before making adjustments, and I really enjoyed the experience. The pedicure went great, and then it was time to pay. Somehow, getting a french tip with almond shape on NATURAL nails hiked the $85 cost to $120, not including tip. This was my first time here and I had such a positive experience! I got a gel manicure in periwinkle and it turned out exactly how I wanted. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything felt organized and smooth. I especially appreciated that pricing was clear. Overall, I’m really happy with how my nails look and I’ll definitely be back!

I booked an appointment in the morning at 9 am. Upon arrival, I was matched with Win. She is wonderful. Win was patient with me while choosing colors and did a great job with the nail design. She shaped my nails perfectly (I prefer short). Thanks Win, I will be back!

Horrible paint job and unsanitary! Posting this for my wife: First, I made an appointment for their Signature pedicure, and they don’t start on my toes until 25 minutes after I arrived. My husband was also getting the Signature pedicure and they started on him immediately so his pedicure was finished easily 30 minutes prior to mine. If I would’ve known they didn’t have time for me, I would’ve left. (Even though I had an appointment!) Second, the tools they used were grabbed right out of their caddy bucket (besides nail file and pumice stone which were sealed individually). Right before using cuticle clippers on me, they sprayed it with orange chemical (I’m guessing barbicide) then immediately wiped it off and began cutting my cuticles. Horrible service. The quality was terrible and they refused to correct the service or offer alternatives. I was shouted at to leave because they refused to accept they were in the wrong. Do not recommend! Go to Lee Nails instead.
