I was a customer of Whitney and yes she was awesome! I started my DeRive treatments and purchased the $125 serum and was scheduled and anxiously waiting for my 3rd $225 treatment Friday 8/22/25 at 5:00pm. I received a text from Lily at 2:03pm on 8/22/25 cancelling my appointment stating she will try and get me back on the schedule with a NEW esthetician or will send me to another location SHE was giving ME options? What?? When I got my consultation I was encouraged to purchase the entire package for a discount but my gut told me not to and to try it out first thank God I did. However, I did purchase the serum and used it faithfully and kept all of my scheduled appointments in order to get the full benefits in order to see the results I wanted from hair thinning.
