Terrible pedicure experience, she got up and started doing someone’s eyebrows in the middle of the service and that took incredibly long. She came back and THEN apologized for being gone for so long. I then saw she was sloppily getting polish all over my skin. I asked her to please not do that, and she scraped it off my skin and cuticles. Every layer going forward she kept flooding my cuticles. And at the end they were fat, thick, gel toenails. She said she didn’t see a problem and that she could fix whatever it was. I don’t understand how she could fix it if she didn’t see a problem. So I asked if someone else could do it, she said no. I asked her to take it off and put regular polish and she said that she wouldn’t do it until I payed her. So I payed her and she brings me disposable flip
I genuinely tried to like this salon because of its extremely low prices. Getting your nails done is a luxury, but this shop definitely did not make it feel like one. I was consistently cut by a nail tech, which made me feel like the place was especially unsanitary. As for the cleaning practices, I don’t remember particularly seeing any of them that I had seen at other nail salons. Their work is sloppy at best. I promise you that your hard-earned money should be spent elsewhere for a better price whether going to a different salon or learning how to do your own nails (like I am).
Love this place! Jessica and her husband are very nice and they do a great job. I also get my eyebrows wax here and they always do a great job. I've been a regular for about 2 year now, and I never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend.
One of the worst nail salon I been to. I paid $40 plus $6 tip for powder mani that cracked in less then 24 hours . The lady made me air dry my nails for 15mins and didn’t even use a curing light. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone. It’s true what they say you get what you paid for but this isn’t worth $40 in my opinion.
The worst nail salon in my entire 32 years of life !! Cheap nails with expensive price doesn’t mix well🥴 my sister and I had to tell them to lower the price for this cheap service smh I payed $75 for pointy medium/small blue nails and they were very ugly ! No ONE COMPLIMENTED my nails and im known for having fly nails smh. A week later, two of the thin nails broke so now I’ll demanded a refund and reporting to DCWP! Please don’t waste your time and be desperate like me🤦🏾♀️😢 Also the pedicure was bad as well
