Where do I start. For one everything is so high. The store is so cluttered and in organized. It’s like shopping at a store you gotta look through everything just to find what you want. Baby I will ride all around the world before I stop there or wait till the next day if the stores are closed. One time I went in and it smelled really bad. I have been in this store about 4 times and only came out the store with something one time. The last time was to show my momma the crazy prices.this is the convent gas station of the beauty hair store cause you sure gonna pay like you at one.

The Owner Is African and Very Veru Nice. They have a variety of hair care . CAN GET UR HAIR DONE IN THE BACK. They also sell a Variety of other things Nails Clothes Bags Scarfs Makeup Etc

Wish I could give them 0 stars bc that’s what they deserve. They need to have a bigger sign NOT HIDDEN BEHIND STUFF saying no returns,exchanges etc. My mother tried to return a hair dryer that was faulty and she had an nasty attitude saying no returns…I can tell you right now that’s why y’all don’t get no business from your own kind…telling my mother a sob story how her own people won’t spend money in her stores but spend it with corporations and this exactly why

Horrible customer service. Sold me fake 100% human hair and refused to refund or exchange. Do not shop here unless you’re willing to get scammed. I’m a hair stylist of 15yrs in town for a client .The hair is crunchy and hard and was $39.99. She yelled at me when I asked how she can help me exchange.
