I had the most amazing experience at Isabella Ladera Salon in Coral Gables! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. I came in for a hair wash, shampoo, conditioner, and ice treatment with Cassie and Johan, and Cassie gave me the BEST massage — truly so relaxing. Johan cut my hair and added layers, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. He also shared great tips and treatment recommendations to help keep my hair healthy. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and welcoming. I left feeling so happy and loving my new haircut. Highly recommend!

The employees handling the phones need to speak with each other before reaching out to customers. I tried to make a same day appointment which I know can be difficult to do. I placed myself on a waitlist and an employee called me to tell me they had a time available. I asked if I could get both mani and pedi and they said yes they would make it work. I then get a call from that same employee about 30 minutes later asking if I can come in earlier. I told them I was x amount of minutes away and gave him a timeframe I could arrive, they said okay no problem. I am on my way at an earlier time because the business asked me to accommodate their time, and a different employee calls me saying my appointment was changed to 15 min prior to the time I had told him I could make it in, and that they c

This place has a striving amazing service! I came in for a hair blowdry and the appointment was so pleasant and I spent the best me-time under the most professional hands! If there were more stars I’ll give more ✨

Very dissatisfied with the service. It feels like they’re rushing, there isn’t enough staff for the number of customers, and it’s somewhat expensive for something as basic as a haircut and blow-dry. Not highly recommended.

Polished work in my first blowdry with them! I loved the experience and how welcome everyone makes you feel, especially after a long day of work! Recommended
