The staff here are kind and attentive. I live a bit far away, but am willing to drive here to get pampered and catch up with the lovely workers. It’s always a joy to see them. I got my wedding nails done here and I mistakenly got the wrong color but the staff was willing to change them for me even when it was a hassle to start over. I was expecting to pay again, but they did not charge me. Very sweet workers here.

i have been here 4-5 times now & this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had here. she was very rude to me since i walked in the nail shop. she rushed and hurt my skin with the nail drill. they lied and said they only had pink and white in color powder but everytime I’ve her I’ve had color powder and haven’t had that issue. She aggressively would grab my hands and she also left acetone on my fingers the whole entire time which made my hands really dry. She didn’t cut my hangnails and she also tried to overcharge me. My nails are crooked & not shaped right either. they ware horrible.. she walked away from me as i was picking my color. the professionalism here was horrible and i wont be returning. I also hate my nails. Duyen was the person who did my nails. She was aggressive. I don’t

We stumbled upon this nail spa while searching for one to visit. As walk-in customers, we were warmly greeted upon entering. The ambiance was peaceful and clean, with music playing at just the right volume. The staff was fantastic. After we communicated our preferences, we used a kiosk to enter our information and were then shown to our seats. The services we received included manicures and pedicures, and we also opted for some add-ons for our pedicures. We will definitely return to this wonderful business. Thank you for the amazing service!

Island nails is my favorite nail salon in Baton Rouge!! Not only do they do a fantastic job on my nails every single time, but they are ALL so genuinely kind and friendly. I love that place!! Oh, and they offer hundreds of colors and styles!!

One month later and my nails aren't going anywhere. I am very impressed! They so true Gel-X. Not polygel. A gentleman worked on them and I’ll definitely be back.
