Issa Nail Salon

The service here was terrible I had about 3 ppl applying one sns manicure. The staff was not friendly their behavior and tone was very rough not just with me but other customers as well. 1hr after getting home the dip powder on EVERY nail started to crack. I had residue all around my nail bed that they told me to peel off myself. I came back the next day for them to repair the broken nails and they did not seem surprised and there was also another customer with the same issue! The following day shocker the powder cracked again — clearly they are not using quality products here. I won’t be back ever after spending $60 on a manicure plus tip - not worth it!

I have been treating myself to a pedicure every few months! The staff at Issa’s does an excellent job and while they aren’t podiatrists, tbey do a wonderful job cutting my toe nails, massaging my feet and doing a wonderful job softening my heels snd soles!

Manicure was super rough she pushed back the cuticles harshly and made me bleed. Then the lady started giving me a massage but didn’t ask if I wanted it and charged me an extra 15$. They overall seem inexperienced. There are multiple Issa salons in the area so make sure you check which one you are going to.

This place is trash the lady burned my foot and did terrible on my nails THEN DEMANDED THAT I TIP HER (i definitely did not) DONT come here

I've been going here since it opened. At first, I was very pleased, but now manicures are done too quickly. When I get home, I have to file the rough tips. Today I had to refile all my nails.
