328 office square lane location was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a stylist. The slay palace was rude and has poor communication. The young lady is talented but lacks professionalism. Never again!! If I could give her 0 stars I would.

Unfortunately, Kianna neglected to show up for the scheduled service without any prior notification, which resulted in great inconvenience for me as a client. However, after speaking with the owner, Bernice, I realized that it would be unfair to let the entire business suffer from negative reviews solely based on the actions of one stylist. She's the best hairdresser I've been to she's sweet and she get the job done. I will not go to anyone else love you
