Shawn is amazing! Very reasonable and knowledgeable. I had an appointment for my daughter to get a hair cut and hair color, that we had purchased separately. Shawn was so prepared by researching about the product and how well it would work. She took great care to make sure the color shows, since it was the first time we were using the product. My daughter loved the way her hair turned out.
