These ladies were amazing! They were very sweet, confirmed exactly what I wanted, worked quickly and efficiently and got me out in excellent timing! My braids are flawless! I would 110 recommend!!

SOOOOOOO IN LOVEEEEE! Mercy has AMAZING TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. She literally isn’t in it for just the MONEY. She want’s her client to be 100 percent SATISFIED and comfortable. She is very caring and understandable. I love how she communicates with her client throughout the entire session. Prices are very reasonable. Salon is clean and smells good. Bathroom is CLEAN! Everyone there is nice and communicates even if they aren’t your stylist. Mercy is fast and NEAT. I’ll recommend her or any other stylist in that salon. 10/10 highly recommend!!!! I will be continuing to come back.

My experience with Mercy was top notch! I Googled 24-hr braiding services and decided to book with her. Excellent communication!! I was skeptical initially, but she eased my doubts by her responsiveness and courtesy. I wasn’t sure how to describe the hair color that I wanted, and she went out of her way to text a picture of the two hair colors for me to choose from. I decided to use both; and the color combination exceeded my expectations! She was also prompt for our 7AM appointment! She made me feel very comfortable; and extended her professional opinions for my hair and desired hairstyle. She parted each section of my hair perfectly to match my hair texture and density. I normally do my own braids, but MY ARMS ARE TIRED so I began a search for someone I could trust to slay my hair the way I normally do. I called this salon after someone cancelled on me last minute.
