Excellent environment and excellent service. The place was beautiful and clean, made me feel so comfortable. The nurse (I think her name was Ranika) was highly knowledgeable about Botox and injections and made sure I looked great. I have tried the vitamin injection and recently Botox. The procedure was great and I feel so at ease. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. It was a pleasant experience and paid a little amount than other clinics in the city. Amazing results. Would recommend this service.

I went to there to get some Botox injections and everyone was very welcoming. I felt thoroughly taken care of as soon as I came in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The process was pleasant and I felt good the entire time. I never felt forced to spend more money than was required because they are so upfront about costs. So happy with the result and I felt my skin was wonderful. I was lucky to get their promo prices and the prices per unit ended up being affordable.

I hate to be one of the first to leave a negative review for this place. But I want to caution others about having IPL here. After my last IPL treatment I ended up with a dime-sized burn on my cheek. I sent a picture to Ivy En Rose to inform them of the lesion (which was red, raised and itchy 3 weeks after the treatment). Ivy En Rose told me to see a dermatologist because it looked "suspicious". I was also asked to keep them posted on what was happening. I saw a dermatologist at a skin clinic 2 days later who confirmed the lesion was a thermal burn from the IPL treatment. The dermatologist also said it would probably leave a scar. I wrote to Ivy en rose to inform them and asked if there was any way I could be compensated for the burn. Everyone on the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Of all the places my wife tried before in the city, this place has a great price. It is a great deal. The neighborhood is great, finding parking was very easy and convenient.
