If you love feeling pampered & having beautiful nails— I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with Ivy & her team! Even when the roads were cold & icy, and even though I was the only client who opted to keep my appointment, they still came in! By far the BEST customer service experience I’ve had. Van, my pedicurist, did a phenomenal job on my feet! I left feeling smooth and glamorous. Ivy, the owner herself, absolutely rocked the olive-inspired nails I wanted for my birthday. Wonderful craftsmanship and even better people! Special shoutout for the birthday cake & candles, it made my entire day!!

The gorgeous salon ((🙅🏽‍♀️does not)) make up for the nail techs’ services. I got a pedicure here and the technician was serving 2 ppl at once. When they were doing my pedicure they were talking to their kids on speaker through a house camera; having to stop to press the talk button. Very unprofessional and I felt as though I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer; mom of 3 young kids who just needed some Me time. My SIL then gave me a gift card to the salon for a manicure. I went yesterday and my nails STILL hurt. I have had my nails done since 2005ish so i’m aware of the process and what the result should be. I received 10 different length, paddle shaped nails that are either flooded or have already lifted/cracked. The apex is either non-existent or misplaced. I had high hopes

this place is amazing!!! 10/10 decor, customer service, and they have every beauty need in one place. Bianca has been doing my nails and 10/10 every time <3 EDIT: came back for more services, this time doing a facial and laser hair removal! Kate did my services and she is SO sweet. she made sure i was comfortable, explained everything and did some education, plus the vibe was nice. my new favorite place!!!

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely welcomed and pampered. My masseuse, Sam, was absolutely amazing — I even caught myself drifting off a time or two! The ambiance was top-tier, the mimosa was delicious, and every detail made me feel like royalty. This queen truly felt celebrated! 👑 Thank you, Ivy Glam Spa, for such an unforgettable experience — and what a perfect way to say, Happy Birthday to me! 🎉

I’m extremely disappointed in this nail spa. The customer service was awful. I booked two VIP pedicures and gel x, as well as “the birthday experience” which I was told by the staff that would include a mocktail and slice of cake. None of which happened. The tech spent most of the appointment on her phone, looked frustrated the entire time. Actually damaged my daughter’s nail bed leaving dents and multiple cuts on her cuticles. We were there for over 3 hours, and I ended up just pulling my daughter and not moving forward with the nail service. Completely ruined her birthday. Very unprofessional behavior, a complete waste of time, and absolutely no accountability. I do not recommend this place, especially for the prices.
