I saw Hannah at the Hamilton Location. We did a strawberry blonde toner and one row of extensions! From a 2 year extension girly - She did my extensions quickly and I’ve never had them more comfortable! The application is 10/10. The salon has a chill atmosphere, I was able to relax. Hannah is so sweet and knowledgeable. Best salon in Ohio!

I had great service when I went in this past Thursday (11/6/25). Ella was great and fun to talk to! I had a simple haircut and was in and out of the salon in less than half an hour! I will definitely be going again!

I had a wedding and work event to attend so I booked with one of the owners to make sure my hair looked perfect. I left looked far worse than when I sat down. I understand mistakes happen but she washed, dried, and styled my hair and didn’t say a single word about the banding and bleeding her highlights resulted in. I’ll post the photos below. I wish she had asked me to come back to fix it because I ended up spending $350+ in 1 week with her service and the next and double highlighting my hair.

I made an appointment online. They matched me with a hairdresser who seemed new. When she cut my hair, someone walked her through the steps. My hair looked horrible. It did not look like the picture. I asked for a slight perm to look like the picture. The hairdresser blamed the quality of my hair. Overall, I felt like I was taken advantage of. I WILL NOT GO BACK.
