Ivy Salon Downtown

Dreama created a beautiful grey below-the-ears cut. I wish I had not waited so long to make this transition from (colored) brunette! Please note "grey" does not mean solid grey. There are natural looking hints of my original color along with the "new" grey. I love it!

I booked in an appointment for a hair cut yesterday with Marissa and it was amazing! It was a very relaxing experience and I absolutely love my cut!

I had a great experience getting my hair cut by Marissa. She was genuine and kind, really listened to what I wanted, and clearly cared about getting it just right. She took her time, paid attention to the details, and my hair turned out great! The salon was comfortable and calm since it wasn't busy when I was there. Ivy Salon is the best! Parking is very accessible and they will validate for the parking garage! The stylists are all so nice, and multiple helped me figure out what I wanted with my hair. The owner and manager are both super hands on, and you can often see them on the floor of the salon. The training that they have new hires go through is what truly made this a 10 star experience for me. Each stylist does a number of services under the guidance of an experienced Ivy stylist to ensure that the new stylist does everything right: conversation, head and hand massages, cutting, blow outs, different color techniques and more! I have been going to Lauren for several years now and she is fabulous! She does the best job with my color. She is also incredibly kind, and I always enjoy visiting with her when I go get my hair done. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!
