Made this purchase at 6:53. Got to my car & realized I forgot to grab a comb. Got back to the door at 6:55 & the door was locked. The young lady comes to the door & tells me they’re closed. I said your sign says 7 & it’s 6:55. She said they close at 6:55 & refused to let me in. Please update your hours. I will never spend another penny here. There’s a black owned beauty supply store on Main Street ✌🏾

If I give this business ZERO stars, I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I added photos. I came into this store to buy a package of hair just for a quick hairstyle. The price on the hair said $19.99 but I get to the register to find out that I have to pay $24.99 before tax. The owners wife, who is standing there with a dumbfounded look, says she doesn't know how that price got there. Like what? So I say obviously it is one of you guys' employees because I sure didn't put that there. She calls her husband and I called over one of the employees to show them that the package of hair I had and all the ones similar to it, are priced for $19.99. The owner(husband) comes with me to say he needs to check to just argue with me tell its not his problem and that he is selling it for the price of $24.99. He blam

Very rude for asking a single questionin where I may locate a product. Dont go when they just open, highly lacking in customer service.

The staff that are working today march 25tn 2025 4:50pm. Are very unprofessional, the two young ladies were not helpful. I had to tear off my receipt for my purchase. Also the Spanish young lady behind the register didn't want to give me my items.She wanted me to reach and get my items off the counter. These ladies are very rude and unprofessional. I ask for Marley hair these two ladies didn't move nor try and help me look for the hair. Unacceptable and very inappropriate.,terrible service

I purchased a hair net through the Package it looked like the right thing when I got in car I opened package and it's not what I wanted. I returned bout 1hr later because on receipt it says exchange only. So when I get there these young girls that work there said I couldn't return it because it was ripped. Obviously I had to open it to see if it's what I wanted, so she asked the other worker would u buy this she said no, mind u it was a small rip I asked for the manager she's like they both left. I will be back to speakto manager.
