Do not come here. Worst nails I have ever left a nail salon with I cannot believe they would be comfortable having a customer walk out with what I did. Crap job shaping, crap job with how thick the acrylic was. I complained multiple times and all she did was keep refiling my cuticles until it hurt and I left. Terrible service, paid $67 for them to ruin my day. Eyebrow wax was fine, but they can't do acrylic.

Great service! Very welcoming atmosphere. Eventhough it was close to closing time. They got me in and out. Pedicures are a whole lot more than other places but service was awesome. I finally found a nail shop in Richmond!

should have heeded the feedback in previous reviews. The staff was very aggressive in their approach, which made me feel uncomfortable. I clearly and respectfully explained multiple times that I could not receive gel services due to clinical requirements, yet the service continued to be pushed despite this. When I declined, unprofessional comments were made, which was disappointing and unnecessary. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism and respect for client boundaries.

I have been going here for years and always saw Vandy however she has left. I have always been pleased so i decided to keep going. I went this past saturday and got there when they opened. My nail tech was very short with me and she proceeded to do my nails. She had the drill to high and it was catching on my nail and hitting my skin. I pulled awat shocked at the pain she saw i was bleeding but did nothing she then proceeded to file on top of the same spots that were bleeding. It was not an enjoyable experience and i left with swollen bloody hands. I will not be back! And ive told others that i have referred to stay away as well.

I have been going here awhile at today just totally crushed me the quality of my service was beyond me I always pay in full tip never complained unless I just absolutely can’t today I came in wanting a fill in and 1 repair on my natural nails ( mine ) I first complained because the acrylic was too thin I asked for more acrylic this is before they filed long story short my nails are ugly and sloppy and I’m stuck with this on my nails pics belonw
