J. Elite Esthetics

I have been coming to J Elite for almost 5 years for pretty kitty services. Since becoming loyal customer, I have been met with nothing but kindness from all staff. I especially need to shout out my amazing esthetician, Katie. She is incredible at the craft and an even more incredible human being. Katie is funny, kind, gentle and patient! Again, her work is incredible. I always leave my service glowing (literally) and feeling more confident.

Do NOT go to J Elite Esthetics in Waldorf, Maryland. I’ve been a client since 2021, but the service has declined. Front desk unprofessional—I was hung up on—and Katie, the aesthetician, didn’t apologize. Facials are not tailored, product recommendations are mediocre, and minor certifications are treated like expertise. Location moves often with poor parking, and appointments are booked outside standard platforms like Vagaro. Katie may seem sweet, but her service does NOT meet professional standards. If you want effective facials and quality products, avoid this location.

Couldn’t attend my appointment because there was no parking. The parking lot had 17 reserved spots for employees and only 3 spots for visitors. It would be great if I was informed ahead of time that I would need to park in a lot and walk far in order to get my service. I don’t believe I should’ve been charged a cancellation fee.

Got a facial from Katie a few months ago & I am so excited to go back. Katie is very kind & knowledgeable. She gave me a few recommendations to improve my skincare & I have noticed a tremendous improvement since implementing her routine.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a wax. They are very professional and accommodating to same day appointments. I initially had a miscommunication when I called to schedule an appointment. The young lady who answered the phone was new and didn’t mention they had multiple locations and also did not put me down for an actual appointment. This caused me to go to their old location and when I called back, I also did not have an appointment on the books. I was very frustrated and upset however, the owner Jasmine, was very apologetic I made sure to turn my bad experience into a good one.
