I have been going to j and j beauty for almost 12 years and have been natural for the past 8 years. I have never experienced an issue with them until now. The first photo is the deep conditioner I put on before getting my blowout. The second photo is right after I left the salon and the last photo is from washing my hair two weeks later. I did not ask for a relaxer or texturize treatment because I have been natural for the past 8 years. You hear of horror stories and since I had been a frequent customer never thought I would have to experience this. My hair no longer reverts back curly and has an uneven texture. I will have to do another big chop if I wanted to have my curls again. To say I will no longer be a customer is an understatement, I will no longer refer them to friends and family
