J & J Nails

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and BELOW Average Service. Two Pedicures & painting my nails cost $170!!! I asked why and was told gel nails are more expensive 🤔 My mani gels peeled off after a week!!! The manicure I paid for was just her painting my nails. My so-called deluxe pedicure was the same as an average pedicure. In fact, the person next to me getting an average pedi was still there after my deluxe!!!!

I never write reviews, But my friend I went to get our nails don't not only did they not listen to what I was asking for which was a (narrow matte black nail), I even showed a picture, But the very next day mine and my friends Gel nails started chipping off, I now have 2 nails completely chipped off, and one of my nails are already popping up from the base. also the pedicure I paid $65 for she didn't massage or give anything more then a basic pedicure. I called to complain 2 days later and they blocked my number, so I called from my work and they answered ad had an attitude when I asked to speak with the manager, they would give the manager the phone just kept asking what I wanted. Def wil never be back

Jay and his family have been doing my nails since I was in high school!!! They always do an amazing job are friendly attentive and professional!!! THIS IS THE BEST NAIL SALON IN PRATTVILLE

Just moved to Alabama from Chicago & was looking for a new nail salon so I tried J & J Nails. By far, the worst acrylic nails I have ever had. Will be taking them off as soon as possible. Technician was disinterested in her work and never asked if I was satisfied. I explained that I did not like the shape and she seemed very put off. Went through the motions of filing to the shape I told her I wanted in the beginning. Again, never asked if I was satisfied. No clean up on backs of nails. Absolutely no conversation but the few necessary questions to do the work at hand. No customer service at all. Will not be back. Waste of my time and money.

I usually do not write negative reviews, but I will make an exception for the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I went in to get my nails and toes done and brought a friend with me. Obviously you go to a salon to get pampered, but they basically dunked our toes in water and painted them. They showed us pamphlets with $45-$65 pedicures in them, and when we told them we just wanted regular pedicures they just painted our toes. I've never been to a salon where they don't at least rub lotion on my feet with a basic pedicure. The worst part was my nail tech, she was so rude and didn't spend any time on my nails. She didn't push back my cuticles, check to make sure they were cut same length, or file them like I asked her to. She didn't even put bottom coat on my nails, which I have ne
